Description
The Housing Choice Voucher Program Specialist processes recertification packets, annual and interim resident re-examinations, HQS inspection data, tenant and landlord files, HUD-required reporting, and EIV leasing and income functions. The role supports HCVP specialists, maintains compliance with HUD and HACC requirements, monitors SEMAP performance, and uses Yardi and other systems. It is an entry-level full-time position paying $24-$32 per hour, requiring a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience or a Management Aide role, and applicable housing voucher certifications.
