Description
The Housing Data Analyst will provide financial and data analysis for Partners Southeast’s affordable housing portfolio, with a primary focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties. The role reviews financial statements, budgets, and audits; prepares reports, schedules, and dashboards; monitors performance against budget; supports development activities, underwriting, funding applications, and feasibility analysis; and assists with investor, lender, compliance, and regulatory reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or relevant experience, financial and analytical skills, spreadsheet and reporting-tool proficiency, and strong organizational and communication abilities. Occasional travel may be required, and the salary is $45,000–$60,000 DOE.
