Description
The Housing Development Coordinator supports the Director of Community Development and Planning by analyzing residential and mixed-use development opportunities, coordinating construction and pre-development activities, administering ULURP processes, preparing funding applications and grant proposals, managing due diligence and compliance documents, and serving as a liaison with governmental and financial agencies. The role also coordinates schedules and meetings for senior staff and maintains project files. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree preferred in a relevant field; the salary range is $55,000–$65,000.
