Description
The Housing Director will lead and oversee HUD-funded emergency solutions grant and continuum of care housing programs serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The role manages program compliance, staff supervision, training, budgets, reporting, grant applications, community partnerships, and coordinated responses with landlords, housing authorities, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and social service agencies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressively responsible housing or HUD-program experience, and at least three years in domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking services. The position is office-based with regular community outreach, landlord engagement, and site visits, requires evening and weekend availability, and pays $70,000 annually or $33.65 per hour.
