Housing Forward is hiring a Housing Locator to identify and secure permanent housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Dallas and Collin Counties. The role builds relationships with landlords and property owners, manages an online housing inventory and property portfolio, negotiates lease and move-in terms, coordinates with case managers and other partners, and supports landlord retention and client placement. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Landlord Engagement and offers a salary of $53,000 to $72,000.
