Virginia Tech is hiring a Housing Maintenance Supervisor in Blacksburg, Virginia, to supervise housing maintenance staff, provide hands-on training in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems, manage contractor repairs, assign work orders, approve leave, and assist with administrative tasks. The role requires extensive commercial building systems experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, prior facilities maintenance experience, and computerized work order experience. The position is regular, full-time, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per year and eligibility for overtime.
