Insight Housing is hiring a Housing Navigator for its Roads Home Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program in San Francisco. The role helps homeless and low-income Veteran households secure and retain permanent housing through landlord and property-manager engagement, housing searches and matching, rental negotiation, inspections, lease and move-in support, tenant education, eviction prevention, benefits and basic-needs coordination, home visits, and HMIS documentation. The position requires a high school diploma, preferably one year of direct support and housing or property-management experience, frequent field driving, strong communication and crisis-intervention skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; it pays $28.32-$30.02 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
