Insight Housing is hiring a Housing Navigator (SSVF) Program Position in Fairfield, California to support low-income veteran families experiencing homelessness through the Roads Home program. The role coordinates landlord and property-manager partnerships, matches housing resources to client needs, negotiates leases, conducts inspections, assists with intake and subsidies, maintains HMIS records, provides tenant education and eviction-prevention support, and conducts home visits. The position requires frequent driving, a valid California driver license, reliable personal vehicle, current auto insurance, and criminal records clearance; a high school diploma is required, while a bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field is preferred.
