Larkin Street Youth Services is hiring a full-time Housing Developer to secure and maintain housing partnerships for homeless youth in the Bay Area. The role involves negotiating leases with landlords and property managers, mediating conflicts, supporting unit inspections, coordinating housing placements with case managers, educating youth on tenant rights, maintaining housing records, and providing crisis management and on-call support. The position requires Bay Area housing-market knowledge, property negotiation experience, social services case management experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work in a mostly in-person hybrid environment with occasional travel and holidays. The annual salary is $70,500, with an additional $3,000 for bilingual Spanish and English fluency, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid leave, and other employee benefits.
