Description
Compass Family Services is hiring a temporary Housing Problem Solving Specialist in San Francisco to provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support to families experiencing homelessness. The role assesses needs and eligibility, explains the homelessness response system, connects families to shelters, housing opportunities, food and other resources, maintains records in Salesforce and the ONE System, and de-escalates volatile situations. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, pays $27–$31 per hour, and lasts two months with possible extension.
