Description
The Housing Program Analyst maintains a caseload of Housing Choice Voucher Program participants, certifies eligibility, calculates household income, assets, allowable expenses, family size, and rent amounts, processes housing assistance and tenant rent payments, and supports tenant housing options and case management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of related housing assistance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer-service skills. It is a grant-funded, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, telework eligibility, and an annual salary of $65,910 to $87,812.
