Description
Our House is hiring a senior Housing Program Manager to lead the strategic and operational success of its shelter, family housing, and related housing programs. The role oversees resident services, staffing, safety, compliance, program expansion, resident success outcomes, and collaboration with other programs and external partners. It is an in-person, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Programs, with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional weekend, evening, overnight, and quarterly on-call duties. The position requires at least three years of leadership experience serving high-risk individuals, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days, and successful background and drug screenings.
