Description
The Housing Program Manager will support the Summit Combined Housing Authority’s workforce housing programs, including application management, resale and sales processes, HUD-compliant homebuyer education certification, downpayment assistance, staff management, and education programs. The role requires extensive public, government, and community-group contact, strong customer service, a commitment to serving historically underserved communities, and the ability to lead a team. The manager reports to the Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director and contributes to workforce housing policy and strategy.
