NAICA is hiring a part-time Housing Retention Specialist in Bronx, New York to support formerly homeless families in a light-touch supportive housing program. The role manages up to 20 households, conducts bi-weekly home visits, assesses needs, creates service plans, assists with benefits and subsidy recertification, promotes financial literacy, connects households to rental assistance, and coordinates between social services and property management. The position follows a three-day-per-week, 9 AM–5 PM schedule, may include limited evenings or weekends, and is currently in-office. Compensation is $27.00–$27.47 per hour, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits listed for full-time employees.
