Description
The Housing Services Coordinator supports residents of Wesley by the Bay, a senior housing community in Ocean City, New Jersey, by connecting them with supportive services, coordinating care transitions, following up with vulnerable residents, maintaining service resources and HUD reports, communicating with resident groups, planning programs, and helping residents comply with lease and HUD requirements. The full-time role pays $21.01–$23.63 per hour, requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of relevant experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
