Description
Intermountain Centers, a large statewide behavioral health and integrated care organization in Arizona, is hiring a Housing Specialist to provide direct housing support and case management services in community settings. The role focuses on helping members maintain stable housing through assessments, individualized service planning, coordination with behavioral health and other providers, landlord advocacy, documentation in an electronic health record, and occasional crisis/on-call support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience), relevant behavioral health experience preferred, and compliance with Arizona regulatory requirements such as fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid/AED, and a valid driver’s license.
