Description
Quadel is seeking a Housing Choice Voucher Program Specialist to perform eligibility determinations, applications, re-certifications, contract processing, rent and subsidy calculations, moves, portability, informal reviews, hearings, and terminations in compliance with HUD requirements. The role requires strong computer, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment; a high school diploma or equivalent and required certifications are also required.
