First Place for Youth is hiring a Property Management Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of master-leased scattered-site housing for transition-age foster youth. The role works onsite in the community Monday through Friday and includes unit sourcing, lease administration, inspections, maintenance coordination, work-order tracking, rent and charge processing, key management, landlord relations, eviction support, and reporting. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while two years of affordable housing, housing navigation, or residential property management experience is required; the position requires a dependable car, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a Community Care Licensing background check, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
