EMPath is hiring a Mobility Mentor - Stabilization to support families who have recently left emergency shelter programs. The role focuses on helping participants maintain permanent housing, employment, savings, and neighborhood connections through tenancy management, landlord and housing-team collaboration, advocacy, consumer education, crisis management, and goal setting. The position is based in Mattapan or Brighton, Massachusetts, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office and one day remote, and pays $26.27 to $27.78 per hour.
