Catholic Charities is hiring an on-call, casual Housing Support Representative II at Higher Ground St Paul. The role serves as a liaison to residents, outside agency providers, and vendors; manages calls, inquiries, visiting policies, maintenance requests, complaints, referrals, and crisis de-escalation; monitors resident safety; and supports reporting, data entry, and resident experience. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour and requires a high school education, at least one year of related experience, strong communication and data-entry skills, and the ability to work with low-income and culturally diverse populations.
