Catholic Charities is hiring a part-time Housing Support Representative II for Glenwood Residence, working 16 hours per week on Fridays and Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at $20.00–$22.00 per hour. The role serves as a resident liaison, handles calls and inquiries, manages visiting and maintenance processes, provides referrals and support, assists with conflict de-escalation, monitors common areas, and helps with reporting and data entry. Applicants need a high school education or equivalent, strong communication and data-entry skills, the ability to work with low-income and culturally diverse populations, and at least one year of related experience; post-secondary education and chemical dependency experience are preferred. The position is part-time, benefits ineligible, and nonexempt.
