SLCS is hiring a full-time Housing Systems Navigator for Project Home on a 12-month contract. The role provides assertive, intensive Housing First case management and systems navigation for participants experiencing homelessness or transitioning to housing, including advocacy, referrals, application completion, community-service coordination, education, and safety support. The position is community-based in London, requires regular travel, and involves networking with agencies and completing administrative functions. Compensation is $22.95–$24.82, with post-secondary education, two years of relevant experience, First Aid and CPR certification, a G-class driver’s license, reliable vehicle access, and a vulnerable-sector police check required.
