Description
Renesas is hiring a new MCU Software Quality Engineer to review and validate MCU software development deliverables, including code, design documents, and offshore outsourcing results. The role focuses on understanding MCU requirements, checking implementation against specifications, documenting requirements, resolving discrepancies between development and documentation, and supporting the reliability of structured document data and document-generation processes. The position requires MCU knowledge, software development experience, requirements and design-document review ability, offshore review experience, Japanese native-level proficiency, and practical English experience; MCU software, driver, middleware, requirements, and cross-functional communication experience are preferred. The role follows a hybrid model with two remote days per week and office attendance on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
