NVIDIA is hiring an HPC Performance Engineer for its NVHPC compilers & tools group. The role analyzes how compilers, runtime components, device drivers, and system configurations affect high-performance computing applications, evaluates optimization opportunities across CPU and CPU/GPU platforms, and works with compiler and application engineering teams to improve performance. Candidates need a BS/MS or equivalent in computer science or a related engineering field, at least five years of programming experience, strong knowledge of Fortran, C, C++, parallel programming, and performance analysis, along with strong mathematical fundamentals and communication skills. The base salary range is 152,000 USD to 241,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until July 24, 2026.
