Description

Renesas is recruiting an IP Development Program Manager to coordinate and manage progress and issues across multiple SoC IP teams and development projects. The role involves entering development teams, organizing discussions, identifying dependencies and issues, supporting decisions, and coordinating with Japanese and overseas development centers. The position requires semiconductor, SoC, or IP development experience, basic understanding of SoC/IP development flows, English technical communication, and Japanese business-level proficiency. It follows a hybrid work model with two remote days per week and office attendance on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience working across multiple topics and stakeholders in semiconductor, SoC, or IP development projects
Experience entering IP teams and projects, organizing progress, issues, and concerns through development discussions, and sharing them with stakeholders
Experience understanding IP and project relationships and supporting adjustments and decisions based on dependencies
Basic understanding of SoC/IP development flows involving design, verification, and evaluation
Preferred Qualifications: Program management or project management experience in SoC or large-scale IP development
Experience managing multiple IPs and projects in parallel, including prioritization and trade-off analysis
Experience involving stakeholders in organizing and resolving technical and quality issues
