Alliance Services Plus is seeking an HPC Systems Administrator to support critical computing and storage infrastructure for scientific research and industrial innovation. The role involves maintaining Linux-based HPC environments, optimizing large-scale node fleets, deploying specialized software, managing job schedulers and parallel file systems, participating in on-call incident response, contributing to architecture and technology monitoring, and providing Level 2/3 technical support to scientific users. The work involves Linux, Slurm or PBS Pro, Lustre or GPFS, Ansible, Puppet, Bash, Python, Intel/AMD CPUs, NVIDIA GPUs, InfiniBand, OmniPath, and scientific software environments such as modules, Spack, and HPC containers.
