Description
The Process Improvement Manager leads the delivery, execution, and sustainment of process improvement engagements, including kaizen, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, data-driven analysis, change management, and strategic performance planning. The role manages cross-functional teams, develops stakeholder capabilities, presents recommendations to senior management, and supports care delivery or clinical initiatives. It requires at least three years of leadership experience and a bachelor's degree plus extensive project management, consulting, or corporate experience, with process improvement experience preferred.
