Banco Plata is hiring a full-time HR Admin Advisor to manage operational escalations, serve as the focal point between teams and supervision, resolve conflicts, validate information, and support operational workload and incident control. The role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in personnel administration, HR, or related areas, along with experience in standardized processes, high-volume environments, team leadership, and supervision. It is an on-site position in Roma Norte and includes a base salary, bonus, statutory benefits, major medical expenses insurance, and life insurance.
