Description
The HR Administrator will serve as a contact for managers and employees on employment, HR, and collective bargaining law matters; perform general HR department operations and administrative support; maintain personnel records; handle correspondence with employees, health insurance providers, authorities, and social security institutions; and support HR Business Partners and HR projects. The role requires commercial vocational training or comparable qualification, IT and MS Office skills, German and English language skills, reliability with confidential data, and knowledge of payroll tax law, social insurance law, employment law, and collective bargaining law.
