Happy Capital HRM is hiring an HR Advisor for interim multi-client assignments involving absence management, complex personnel matters, HR policy development, organizational development, change initiatives, and HR projects. The role requires independent judgment, the ability to advise line managers, translate organizational issues into recommendations, and escalate complex specialist matters when needed. The position offers a monthly salary, 24–40 hours per week, a seven-month contract with intent to extend, hybrid work when possible, and travel within about one hour of Haarlem.
