Description

CMap is hiring a generalist HR professional to report to the HR Manager and lead employee relations, coaching managers, maintaining employment policies, shaping people practices, managing HR systems and people data, supporting management training and appraisals, and contributing to culture and engagement. The role requires full-cycle HR experience, a track record of leading employee relations processes, UK employment law knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong interpersonal skills; CIPD Level 5 is a bonus but not essential.
