Cornelissen is hiring a full-time HR Advisor in Beuningen to serve as the first HR point of contact for Head Office, Shared Service departments, Logistics, and possibly other areas. The role advises managers on recruitment, internal mobility, departures, personnel matters, absence and reintegration, and HR policy; supports recruitment, onboarding, talent development, organizational development, and change processes; and prepares HR reports and analyses. The position offers a salary of up to €4,585.71 gross per month, 32-hour work, vacation days, and a training budget.
