Description
The HR Advisor will provide daily HR support and guidance to leaders and employees in Norway, including Norwegian and Danish employment law, collective agreements, negotiations, and HR processes. The role also supports Denmark on general HR questions, collaborates with the Nordic HR Advisor team and other stakeholders, and contributes to HR activities, projects, and continuous improvement of systems, processes, guidelines, and working methods. The position requires a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field, 3–5 years of HR experience including Norwegian employment law, and strong Norwegian and English communication skills; Danish employment law and Norwegian collective agreement experience are advantageous.
