EuroSort is hiring an HR Advisor to guide employees through the full employee journey and advise managers on development, performance, engagement, absenteeism, and other HR matters. The role combines operational HR administration, contract and personnel-file work, policy updates, compliance, and strategic initiatives in learning and development, talent development, process improvement, digitalization, and AI. It requires higher professional education and at least five years of broad HR experience with a strong focus on learning and development, along with organizational and talent-development experience.
