HelloFresh is hiring an HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Penrose and Mount Wellington, Auckland. The role supports HR strategy and policy implementation, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, employee engagement, and health and safety compliance at the Auckland Distribution Centre. It requires at least three years of HR and recruitment experience in a warehouse, FMCG, or manufacturing environment, knowledge of New Zealand employment relations and labour legislation, and a relevant Human Resources degree or equivalent qualification.
