IRIS Software Group is hiring a full-time, permanent HR Advisor for its Education HR Consultancy team. The role provides practical, commercially focused HR advice to schools, academy trusts, and other education-sector clients across the employee lifecycle, including employment documentation, policies, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, HR technology, and project work. The position is remote in the United Kingdom and requires previous HR experience, strong client-facing and organisational skills, HR-system and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a CIPD qualification, CIPD study, or equivalent practical experience, along with a UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
