Description
Kepak is recruiting a permanent, full-time HR Advisor for its St. Merryn site in Merthyr Tydfil. The role supports the HR Manager and key stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, including employee engagement, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence and performance management, consultations, and site change projects. It is based at the site with home working available as required, works 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, and offers a subsidised canteen, annual leave, pension, employee discounts, and other employee benefits.
