Kepak St. Merryn is hiring an HR Advisor for its beef processing and packing facility in Bodmin, Cornwall. The permanent, full-time, site-based role supports the HR Manager and stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, including day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, engagement, disciplinary and grievance processes, absence and performance management, consultations, compliance, and continuous-improvement projects. The role works Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week, with home working available as required, and offers a range of employee benefits.
