The company is hiring a Recruitment Specialist and HR Advisor for a flexible part-time role of up to 30 hours in Voorthuizen. The position combines recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, selection-process monitoring, employer-branding support, and HR advisory for managers on performance, development, and sustainable employability. It also involves improving HR processes and collaborating with HR colleagues and the content marketer. The role requires an MBO level 4 or HBO-level working and thinking ability, strong communication and organizational skills, experience with recruitment and HR advisory tasks, and familiarity with HR systems; AFAS is an advantage. Compensation is €3,000 to €4,300.
