Description
The HR Advisor advises managers on complex personnel and employment-law matters, including absenteeism, performance, development, hiring, internal mobility, departures, organizational change, and HR risks. The role also contributes to HR policies, processes, and improvement initiatives. It requires an HBO- or WO-level degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of Dutch employment law and personnel matters, and excellent Dutch language skills.
