Suncor is hiring an HR Advisor, Indigenous Workforce Development to advance its Inclusion and Diversity Strategy and Journey of Reconciliation. The role partners with Indigenous communities and stakeholders on employment, skills, training, and recruitment initiatives; manages relationships and collaborative goals; tracks and reports data and outcomes; supports program implementation; and contributes to HR and inclusion initiatives. It is an office-based position in Fort McMurray, Alberta, with regular travel to Indigenous communities, and requires five to seven years of related human resources experience, Indigenous cultural knowledge, project and program management experience, data analysis, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
