Description
The HR Advisor SMD Crew serves as an HR partner to managers in the Ship Management Department, providing advice on people topics and ensuring consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. The role supports the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, and advises managers on absenteeism, employee relations, performance, development, and engagement. It also contributes to HR process improvement, organizational change, and the implementation of HR strategy and the annual people plan for the international crew workforce.
