TriNetX is hiring an HR Analyst in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2–3 onsite days. The role administers and optimizes Dayforce, SharePoint, Jira, and related HR systems; manages user access, data quality, integrations, reporting, documentation, security, and system upgrades; and partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders. Candidates need 3–5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience, at least 2 years with Dayforce, SharePoint administration skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
