Description
Paytm is hiring a full-time HR Analytics Analyst to develop and govern HR dashboards, automate data pipelines, report workforce metrics, analyze HR data, support operational projects, and enable HR teams with analytics tools. The role requires a B.Tech or B.E. in a relevant engineering discipline and 3–5 years of HR Analytics experience with Python scripting and automation. Required technical skills include Python, Google Apps Script, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, Athena, SQL, HRMS reporting tools, Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and AI-driven analytics tools.
