Allianz Insurance Singapore is seeking a People & Culture intern to support employee experience, recruitment, HR process improvement, automation, data analysis, and onboarding and offboarding activities. The intern will pursue a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field, commit at least three days per week for six months, and be proficient in Canva and Excel; Power BI, ChatGPT, and Microsoft CoPilot are advantageous. The role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and contributes to HR strategy and continuous improvement.
