Description
The HR & Payroll Consultant will advise managers and HR colleagues on employment conditions and personnel matters, process payroll, monitor compliance with laws and collective agreements, maintain external contacts, optimize HR systems and workflows, analyze HR data, and support HR projects and implementations. The role requires higher professional education, several years of HR experience, payroll knowledge, employment-law knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and a proactive service-oriented approach. It offers €4,000–€5,000 per week, 24–40 hours, secondary benefits, and hybrid working.
