FORVIA is hiring an HR & Talent Development specialist VIE based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal to support the Headquarters Div Shared Services team. The role focuses on talent reviews, HR data quality, talent committees, communications for Purchasing and Operations communities, organizational change support, annual HR campaign deployment, cross-functional HR projects, employee engagement, dashboards/KPIs, and operational HR support. The ideal candidate has a master's degree in HR/business/management, initial HR or consulting experience, strong analytics and communication skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with HRIS tools, and fluent English.
