gFiber is hiring a full-time HR Application Engineer to own and evolve its Hire-to-Retire technology landscape. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Business Operations to configure and maintain HR applications, align technology roadmaps with enterprise architecture, standardize and automate HR processes, manage integrations and data flows, lead testing and deployments, provide L2/L3 support, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, 10 years supporting Workday HR platforms, and experience with Workday HCM, HR integrations, data management, and system administration. The US base salary range is $191,800 to $232,900 plus bonus and benefits.
