Arbolus is hiring an Associate in its People team to support the full employee life cycle across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, grievance resolution, and HR analytics. The role partners with hiring managers, helps build the culture of the Gurgaon hub, and collaborates with India and global stakeholders. It requires 1–2 years of overall HR experience, hands-on recruitment and broader HR experience, exposure to the employee life cycle, ATS proficiency, and strong communication skills.
