Beta Bionics is hiring a full-time, in-office HR Associate in Irvine, California, or San Diego, California. The role supports HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, engagement, reporting, timekeeping, and payroll preparation. The position reports to the Head of Human Resources and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, two to three years of professional work experience, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. The salary range is $65,000 to $100,000, with medical and dental coverage, FSA and HSA options, a 401(k) match, vacation, and paid holidays.
